Traditionally Chinese martial arts were taught in small groups, which would get even smaller when it came time to learn the inner art. Only trusted disciples who met and lived a strict code of honour were permitted to access higher level training.
The art we now teach has come to us through this process and we are now in a position to teach the richness of these ingenious systems to those wishing to learn.
Private tuition offers many advantages over class sessions. Training is given personally by Sifu Neil Rosiak.

I’ve been training at 13Dynamics for about a year. The classes are always super fun and friendly, and Neil is a brilliant teacher on every aspect. I’ve found tai chi to be complete as a martial art and one has a vast selection of exercises for internal strength, meditation and self-defense. Exploration of and devotion to this endless art has always been a lovely experience; I’ll be coming to all the lessons! Update: At my fourth year and staying!Posted on Richard SankeyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Neil Rosiak. Great class - great instructor who's knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about Tai Chi. It's affordable and accessible, with a central location. And whether you're a newbie, like I was or a seasoned pro, Neil will get you to the next level, not just showing you the forms but how they apply to real life.Posted on Agata StarczakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I absolutely love it!Posted on Dave McnicollTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From my vast experience in various martial arts over many years both in Muay Thai, ring fighting and teaching and Wing Chun as a practitioner and Sifu, I came across Neil's 13 dynamics, after purchasing his online course to try out some of the fighting techniques, he then advertised a months trial training with him in Camden so of course I went. After attending he's classes it gave me an insight into the applications of the Tai Chi 13 dynamics and supporting elements that makes this a very practical fighting style. Neil's approach is both friendly, open and approachable. He shows a command and working knowledge of the working principles which he is able to pass onto his students, ranging from younger to older. If your a serious martial arts practitioner or just wanting to get started I would highly recommend Neil and this system and you will be made most welcome.Posted on David SpencerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been training with Neil one-on-one for over 10 years. I find the classes a great mix of cardio, flexibility and strength training, whilst learning a technical skill. A great workout but always very enjoyable with Neil’s easy manner.
