Our SESSIONS are friendly and suitable for beginners.
Mondays and Wednesdays 6-9pm
During these sessions students learn and practice all the different elements of the system. It’s not a beasting session, but a learning experience. Some things we generally practice:
- warm up exercises for the entire body and mind system
- movement practices to improve coordination, posture, technique and awareness
- grappling/wrestling skills
- self defence/freefighting skills
- strength, ppwer and endurance building exercises
