MOVING WITH BALANCE, AGILITY, SPEED AND STABILITY IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF HIGHER LEVEL MARTIAL ARTS

In conjunction with the 48 combat drills (known in Chinese as San Shou), we also teach and practice their related movement exercises. These exercises are designed to help you gain mastery over all your combat movement patterns and build your skill incrementally over time,

These movement exercises also develop relaxation, flexibility and muscle endurance, whilst also serving to build up our ability to focus, feel and become more martially creative. The movements can also be linked together to be practiced as ‘forms’, traditionally used to maintain the key ingredients of a given martial art.
