Traditionally martial artists have looked for any exercises or training methods that would improve their effectiveness and ability to be effective in combat.
Many Chinese martial arts also considered the all around health benefits (physical and mental) of their supplementary exercise programs.
In our strength and conditioning sessions we teach train you using the ingenious methods of the past – which are focussed on building exactly the right type of body for combat.
We also teach the use of contemporary methods such as kettlebell training and barbell work, to assist in building raw strength and power.
All serious martial artists should be practicing some form of strength and conditioning (including internal strength).
