Traditionally in practical Chines martial arts the most important attributes to develop before technical skill is honed and refined, is strength, power and conditioning. In Tai Chi this is called ‘Kung’ training.
This type of training develops your ability to stop an opponent using powerful techniques and to outlast them if necessary.
The traditional Tai Chi Kung training includes a nice variety of activities to full condition the entire body allowing you to perform to your fullest potential in a self defence scenario or any other physically demanding situation.
